Entrepreneurs
We believe entrepreneurs determine the ultimate success of a startup business. Successful entrepreneurs must exhibit a certain level of expertise and poise. We invest our time and capital in those who are seasoned and possess in-depth knowledge of their industry and the opportunities that lie within.
Product or Service
We seek out companies with a product or service that is superior to pre-existing technologies, delivers a clear and long-term clinical benefit, and is of value to the customer. Furthermore, we prefer solutions that have a predictable regulatory and reimbursement pathway.
Large Target Market
We invest in opportunities that address a large potential market in excess of $500 million with the potential for double digit growth and wide customer adoption. While it is hard to predict the size of an addressable market, we look for a complete and realistic breakdown and segmentation of the market.
Stage
We are middle to late stage investors, typically investing in the B round or later. We prefer investing in growth stage opportunities where the technology is commercially viable, in compliance with regulatory offices, and our expertise can be effectively leveraged. Want to Submit a Business Plan?
